Scope of Work

• Façade and masonry restoration of a manufacturing building

• Removed and re-built 350 LF of brick parapets with new coping stone

• Coated the existing brick with color matched elastomeric waterproof coating

• Cleaned and painted all doors, rolling gates and window guards

• New flashing and roofing tied in from existing roof to the new parapet
